iPhone Update

I’m satisfied with my purchase of the iPhone so far.  It has let me become alot more mobile and I check/update alot of those socia networks I joined just because more frequently now. I can look up stuff whenever the mood strikes me, have my music ready at a moments notice, and generally just have more to play with during the day.

Dvr needed

I’m looking into getting either a TiVo or satellite with a dvr. I miss so many shows during the week. Might look into it at best buy today.

New phone

I finally went ahead and got an iphone. I like it so far.

Beta Testing

My brother and I have both been invited to beta test a Sony project this week. So far everything has looked cool but I starting to hope there is more coming.

Satellite Internet – Annoying

The only knd of “broadband” internet that I could get out where I live is Hughes satellite and boy does it have its downsides.

1. Download threshhold – I can only download around 425 MB a day which is pathetic. I am missing so much content on the web because I have to monitor what I’m looking at. Podcasts, Video, games.. etc.
2. Latency – I would like to play online games on the Xbox or playstation or heck even the Wii but the lag usually prevents me having a chance in games. Plus I’m pretty sure its w I can’t reliable connect to the Xbox Live when I first startup the console.

Dr. Horrible

Microsoft E3 Press Conference

In a word – Awesome! While some may complain (looking at you message boards around the web) I personally feel like this revitalizes my interest in the sstem. I had been playing the ps3 exclusively for the past month but now am anxious to get back to my xbox now that I know whats coming this fall. Yes I’m fickle.

I like it so far. It is fast and does mostly what I want. My monitor is too old to play blurays so I may have to go ahead and upgrade it soon. I’m probably going to miss having two TV tuners but I’ll make do. Plus there is one piece that came with it that I’m not sure what it is. Overall I like it though. What is this?
